Anshu Bhardwaj
Anshu Bhardwaj is involved in studying genetic variation and pathway annotation. She brings her expertise in bioinformatics gained during her doctoral research in mitochodrial genomics to her current research interests , namely:
Genetic variation: Understanding the causes and effects of genetic variation in two model systems, namely, nuclear and mitochondrial genome
Pathway annotation and Host-pathogen interactions: Understanding pathways of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) to understand its uniqueness
Recently she has been working actively on the development of novel tools in the community driven annotation of the TB genome under OSDD.
