Procedure to Follow
Please e-mail the abstract for the conference to Dr.Bhavana Prasher (bhavana[dot]igib[at]csir[dot]res[dot]in) through the PI / Corresponding author for generation of accession number. The PI / corresponding author must include the following statement in the mail:
"The abstract / manuscript does not include any plagiarised material, any patentable information nor the work is submitted to any predatory journal."
Please submit the duly filled Tour Sanction Form to PME along with the following documents:
- Acceptance letter from conference organiser
- Copy of Abstract / Poster
- Copy of accession number
Please collect the sanctioned tour sanction form with Director's approval from PME.
After attending the conference, please submit the following to the Accounts section:
- Duly filled Travel Allowance Adjustment form
- Sanctioned Tour Sanction form
- Expense bills
- Travel Emoluments
