Provisionally selected candidates after PhD interviews will receive an admission letter to join the PhD programme at IGIB. Please submit the following documents on or before the last date for joining specified on the admission letter.

Please submit the duly filled forms and attested copies at the HR Division, Room No. 220, Mall Road Campus, Delhi-110007 or Room No. 140, South Campus (Mathura Road Campus), Delhi-110025.
An office memorandum of joining will be issued after completing the formalities. A copy will be sent to your registered email ID.
